RSR-21 catalyst is the organic sulfur hydrolyst and Al2O3 group sulfur recovery catalyst contained with TiO2, enjoying poisoning resistance against lacunae O2 and COS/CS2 hydrolytic activity being superior to Al2O3 catalyst, and mechanical property being equivalent to that of Al2O3 catalyst. In need of processing COS/CS2 and lowering system resistance, the conversion rate of single unit shall much closely approach the thermodynamic equilibrium after filling and using PSR-21 catalyst at the lower part of the first reactor. The processing unit to be used for recovery of sub-dew-point sulfur and off-gas treatment shall enhance the total sulfur conversion rate of the commercial unit by the effectiveness in COS/CS2 hydrolysis.
